How to create a Help Desk Ticket

There are 2 ways to create Help Desk tickets.

Help Desk Website:

To create a Maintenance or Technology related help ticket click the + new ticket button at the top right part of the page.

Email: To create a Maintenance help ticket by email, email your request to maintenance@eg.mojohelpdesk.com To create a Technology help ticket by email, email your request to technology@eg.mojohelpdesk.com
